Four scientific and technological achievements of HBC rated as internationally advanced

A few days ago, a scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting was organized and held at HBC by Heilongjiang Mechanical Engineering Society. Seven well-known experts in the industry including Qin Yukun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, were invited to attend the meeting and serve as members of the evaluation committee. Xia Liangwei, deputy general manager of HBC  and some responsible persons from related departments attended the meeting. According to the evaluation given by these experts, one technology developed by HBC reached the international leading level, and four scientific and technological achievements reached the international advanced level.

 

 

 

At the meeting, experts listened to HBCs report on scientific and technological achievements, reviewed relevant materials, and asked questions and evaluated each scientific and technological achievement one by one. Experts unanimously agreed that the “new-type once-through low-NOx combustion technology of the pulverizing system equipped with fan and with ultra-high moisture low-quality coal as fuelreached international leading level, and the following four scientific and technological achievements reached international advanced level: “the development and application of the 600MW-level high-efficiency supercritical Π-type boiler with ultra-high moisture low-quality coal as fuel,  “development and industrialization of the 130t/h high-temperature high-pressure biomass circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler”, “the development and application of biomass boiler with water-cooled vibrating grate” and the development and application of waste incineration waste heat boiler”.

 

In recent years, HBC has actively responded to the national energy development strategy and dealt with the challenges brought by the “dual carbon” goal. Relying on the state key labs, the academician workstations, the post-doctoral workstations as well as those labs at the provincial level or ministerial level, HBC keeps a foothold on self innovation, promotes coordinated production, education and research, and devotes itself to the development of utilization technology for clean high-efficiency energy to closely follow the development requirements and market needs for strategic transformation of the enterprise. Good effects have been gained in this regard. In the past 2021, HBC applied for 23 national-level research projects, won 11 scientific and technological progress awards, applied for 6 sets of the first major technical equipment in the field of national energy, participated in the application of 3 national energy research and development innovation platforms, applied for 68 research projects or requirements at the provincial and municipal levels and had 105 patents authorized. The evaluation of relevant scientific and technological achievements this time further demonstrates the technical research and development strength of HBC in both traditional and emerging fields, and also lays a good foundation for the follow-up award application, scientific research project establishment and other work.

 

It is reported that Heilongjiang Mechanical Engineering Society is the authoritative scientific and technological community organization in the field of machinery in our province. It is mainly responsible for academic exchanges, technical consultation, subject research, technical training, as well as the preliminary evaluation and application of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and Heilongjiang Science and Technology Award.
